The emirate is growing as a destination for leisure, special interest, weddings, honeymoon, other niche travel segments, and a growing portfolio of MICE activities. The destination’s popularity is said to be growing with an expanding portfolio of tourist attractions such as Louvre Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Bounce, Warner Bros Abu Dhabi theme park and more.

Bejan Dinshaw, country manager – India, TCA Abu Dhabi, said, “We are delighted that India is securing its top position as the leading overseas source market for Abu Dhabi. We have received positive response from all our market promotion initiatives. As the market matures, we are now placing greater emphasis on its growth potential, tailoring products to meet the needs and demands of the affluent travellers.”
