- The submitting organization or individual must be the owner, operator, implementer, or authorized representative of the AI service/product being entered. Eligible submitters include enterprises, startups, government bodies, NGOs, academic labs, solution vendors, system integrators, consultancies, and agencies acting on behalf of clients.
- Individual nominations (e.g., AI leader of the year, researcher) are accepted where the nominee was directly responsible for the design, deployment, or measurable outcomes of the AI implementation.
- If an agency, consultancy, or vendor is submitting a product/service created for a client, the entry must include a signed client authorization on official letterhead confirming the submitter may represent the project and share supporting evidence.
- All entrants must demonstrate India relevance: the solution must have an India-led footprint at some point of its development, deployment, or impact.
- Eligible projects must have been live, deployed, or commercially operational within the time period of January 2025 to December 2025. Pilots may be considered only if the entry demonstrates measurable impact within that window.
- The nominee (organization or individual) must have been professionally active or registered in India at least for a period of 1 year as of December 2025.
- An organization cannot participate on behalf of its sister units, parent organization, or other organizations under the parent organization.
- The award categories may be changed/modified/split/merged/increased or cancelled by the Awards Management and/or Jury based on the number of entries received in any category and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable, and binding on all participants. The Awards management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
- If at any time, including after the conclusion of the Award ceremony, any information provided by any participant is found to be incorrect in any manner, then the participant will be liable to be disqualified and/or return the Award.
