Famous Bollywood singer Papon is in trouble. A controversy has broken out after a complaint was filed against Papon for allegedly harassing a minor contestant of a reality TV show. Papon is known for the blockbuster song Moh Moh Ke Dhaage. But, the father of the girl has said that the incident is a moment of affection. The father added that the singer is a father figure to his daughter. The row erupted after a video went viral. The video allegedly shows singer Papon celebrating Holi with the contestants of Voice India Kids. Also, the singer is allegedly seen kissing on the girl's face. Papon is one of the judges on the show along with fellow singers Shaan and Himmesh Reshammiya. Who filed the complaint? Supreme Court lawyer Runa Bhuyan has filed the complaint with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. The complaint against singer Papon is under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act. The channel &TV, which airs Voice India Kids, has issued a statement. The channel says it will extend full support to all affected parties. The minor girl's father has also issued a statement that whatever is seen in the video was not intentional. Papon has also issued a statement.
