Kalank’s first song Ghar More Pardesiya has Alia Bhatt impressing the queen of dance, Madhuri Dixit, with her moves. There’s Varun Dhawan too.
The makers of Kalank have released the first song from the film and it is as beautiful as it is melodious. While Varun Dhawan is seen in the video, it is Alia-Madhuri Dixit’s jugalbandi that is the main attraction of the song. Pritam has composed music for Ghar More Pardesiyathat has been written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Shreya Ghosal and Vaishali Mhade have lent their voices for the song.
The video opens with Varun and Alia entering a street where Ramleela is underway. As they walk down their own paths, Ram enters the scene and we also see Laxman drawing the ‘Laxman Rekha’ in front of Sita. On the other hand, Madhuri is seen sitting on a swing singing a bhajan. The Laxman Rekha is perhaps a symbol for what stops Alia from getting close to Varun. Soon, we see Alia entering the premises where Madhuri is singing and the two embark on a melodious jugalbandi. Alia also does a beautiful classical dance that impresses Madhuri, and us.

Madhuri Dixit had shared a picture from the song Monday morning where she is seen alongside Alia. While Madhuri wore a peach-colored dress with ethnic jewelry, Alia kept it simple in a white number and minimal accessories.
