Comedian Tammy Pescatelli, who accused Amy Schumer of stealing jokes, has now apologised to her.
In a statement, Pescatelli admitted that she went too far and rued for interfering in the matter, adding that she should have kept her mouth shut, the People magazine reports.
She further said, “I was the last to the party and I drank the most and was the loudest” and revealed that she regrets for getting involved in the Twitter spat.
The stand- up comedian, who now believes that ‘Inside Amy Schumer’ star unknowingly used a similar joke, pointed out that she first noticed the similarity between her and Schumer’s joke when the trailer for ‘Trainwreck’ was first dropped.
Apart from Tammy, comedians Wendy Liebman and Kathleen Madigan had took part in a Twitter conversation that was later deleted and claimed that the Golden Globe nominee has taken jokes from their acts.
