Rashida Jones’ recent documentary ‘Hot Girls Wanted’ has taken adult industry into limelight explaining that how teenage girls get allured by porn companies.

‘The Social Network’ actress said that the biggest drawback of the porn industry is the promise of fame, but in reality most aspiring porn stars remain unknown, Fox News has reported.

The 39-year-old American actress added that porn companies constantly look for new talents because of their high-demand and on the other hand teen girls get lured with this as they are offered free tickets to come, big houses to live-in and many others.

Jones, who worked for eight month in Ronna Gradus directed documentary, also shared that girls have big dreams about what that’s going to mean for them, but there’s the grunt work of going out on castings and the first time they have sex on camera.
