Rapper Ice Cube is being sued by Former N.W.A manager Jerry Heller for 'defaming' him and 'ripping him off' with the 'Straight Outta Compton' script.

Rapper Ice Cube is being sued by Former N.W.A manager Jerry Heller for ‘defaming’ him and ‘ripping him off’ with the ‘Straight Outta Compton’ script.

Heller had filed a 110 million dollar defamation lawsuit against him and Dr. Dre, among other producers, and director F. Gary Gray, TMZ.com reports.

In his law suit, the 75-year-old businessman claimed that he was portrayed as the “bad guy” who is “solely responsible for the demise of N.W.A and a sleazy manager who took advantage of Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Cube.

Actor Paul Giamatti had portrayed Heller in the 2015 biographical drama film.
