She is stunning, she is stellar, she is a star and now she is royalty! She buys her own diamonds and she sets the bar high in both her personal as well as professional life. Hits and flops don’t budge her because with her acting chops, she has already created a never-to-be-filled niche for herself in the industry. India’s proud export to Hollywood, Priyanka Chopra recently added one more feather to her already flooded cap. The Bajirao actress got featured in the edition of ‘new royals who totally rule’ by W Magazine along with names like Halle Berry, Irina Shayk, Jodie Foster.
The first Bollywood heroine to make it in the royalty list, PeeCee expressed her joy by taking to Twitter.

From her films to her legs, the talented actress talked about almost everything under the sun. Making a startling revelation as well that the first ever audition she gave was for her show Quantico. Priyanka said, ‘This is going to some really bizarre, but my first audition was Quantico. I became Miss World [in 2000], so then when I was doing movies in India, I was initially cast because I was in this world. And then in my first movie I won lots of awards and so then I never really looked back. But then, of course, everyone auditions here. That was my first and only audition in my life.’
And just when you thought the actress will talk only about the highs of life, the Desi Girl also spilled beans on how she was always underconfident as a teenager. From her tomboy avatar to the Diva she is today, it’s all a part of the conscious efforts she has learnt to make over the years.
”When I was a teenager, I was a tomboy. So I had scars, I was always falling on my knees. They were not the prettiest legs in the world, and then I taught myself how to take care of my body. Anybody can do it if I can. And today my legs sell like 12 or 15 products in my part of the world. Yeah they do.” Chopra admitted.
Needless to say, from her debut movie, Priyanka has only been getting better and better. From Aitraaz to playing the autistic Jhilmil in the critically acclaimed Barfi, from doing commercial films like Dostana to playing the side protege in Bajirao Mastani, the 34 year old actress has done it all in her own style. And after grabbing Quantico, the actress is now looking forward to her first movie ‘Baywatch’ in Hollywood opposite Dwayne Johnson.
