Bill Cosby will not be charged in two cases investigated by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office citing a lack of evidence in one case and the statute of limitations in another.

According to a charge evaluation sheet, prosecutors think neither of the two allegations could have resulted in charges within the statute of limitations, reports News.com.au.

One of the sexual assault cases involved 24-year-old Chloe Goins who said that at a party in 2008 when she was 18, the 78-year-old comedian gave her a drink which caused her to black out.

Goins said, after getting her senses back, she found herself on bed lying nude and Cosby, who had his pants around his ankles, was biting her toes.

The ‘I spy’ star’s attorneys have always denied the allegations and insisted that he was not at the party.
