Everyone is gearing up for IIFA 2017 – the biggest night of the year as far as the entertainment sector is concerned. IIFA Awards which is one of the most prestigious awards ceremonies is going to happen at MetLife Stadium in the New York City this year. All the big Bollywood superstars are heading to New York City to attend the dazzling star-studded event. And here is another good news as we have finally got to know who will host the green carpet of this year’s most happening award function. Arjun Bijlani and Karan Wahi are all set to anchor the show. As per the reports by Bollywoodlife.com, the two will host the green carpet at this prestigious awards ceremony.

However, this will not be the first time for the duo. Both Arjun and Karan have hosted awards nights in the past as well. As the actors from small screen have wide reach and connect with the masses, it is expected that it would be amazing if the duo hosts the entire show. And to add on, they already have a good fan following, so expectations are that people would love to see them.

While talking to BollywoodLife.com, Arjun Bijlani expressed his excitment and said, “I am hosting the IIFA weekend stories, IIFA rewind and the green carpet. I have also hosted last year in Madrid, Spain. So this is my second time.” The actor also said that he loves hosting shows and enjoys how the whole show is managed on the spot.

While Karan Wahi is equally excited for the show. He said “I am excited bout IIFA because it’s a global event and being a part of it is always nice. This is going to be my second IIFA, the first one being Macau, a few years back.” Karan added that it has to be impromptu when one hosts the red carpet or conducts interaction with the actors. And because he knows a lot of actors personally, it becomes easier for him to have a great interactive session with them, he indicated.
