Looks like the trouble inside the Bigg Boss 11 house is not ending anytime soon. It was only on Friday when Splitsvilla 10 fame Priyank Sharma returned to the house after being ousted for getting physically violent with Akash Dadlani. Now, an FIR has been filed against him and another contestant on the show, Sapna Choudhary. According to a report by The Indian Express, this FIR has been filed for their comments against another Arshi Khan. It is the counsel of Arshi Khan who has filed this FIR.
During a fight between Sapna Choudhary and Arshi Khan, Priyank suggested Sapna to just say, “Pune-Goa” to irk Arshi. When Sapna did so, Arshi was in tears, probably for the first time in the Bigg Boss 11 house. More than that she was shocked at how Sapna came to know about it. Later, she went up to Priyank to clarify if he has told her about it as this is something legal and she is not allowed to talk about it. She also told Priyank that her parents will never talk to her after watching the episode.
“Filing FIR/criminal complaint against Bigg Boss 11 contestants, Priyank Sharma, Sapna Choudhary, Colors, Endemol, today under various IPC provisions concerning the dignity of a woman in legally privileged and protected cases. Colors and Endemol are accused/guilty of permitting telecast of legally privileged/protected and subjudice court matters including the right to prevent or avoid self-incrimination by accused or victim woman and using it for TRP and financial gain,” reads the statement issued by Arshi’s publicist, Flynn Remedios.
Arshi was reportedly suspected to be part of a flesh trade scandal in Pune in October 2016. Arshi and her two associates, who were said to be her agents were caught by police, according to a report by Pune Mirror. Arshi’s publicist, Flynn Remedios later claimed that the cops sought sexual favours from Arshi, as he told Mirror, “The cops found two Aadhaar cards and PAN cards, both with different dates of birth. She had changed her date of birth legally but the cops threatened to book her for forgery and demanded Rs 15 lakh. They asked her to turn approver against Vipul and Krishna, which she also refused. Next, another cop asked her for sexual favours.”
