Caitlyn Jenner’s struggle and problems haven’t finished yet, as she might now face vehicular manslaughter charge for her recent Malibu car crash incident, which led to the death of a motorist on the Pacific Coast Highway.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement after recent investigation that Caitlyn Jenner has violated Penal Code section 192©(2) i.e. the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter law, by traveling at an unsafe speed, TMZ.com reported.
However, adding that now sheriff will send the case to the L.A. County District Attorney to make the final decision and if convicted, the offense carries a sentence of up to one year in county jail.
On the other hand, sources added that the 65-year-old Caitlyn Jenner was traveling under the speed limit, but was going too fast for road conditions as either traffic was stopped or just starting to move when she slammed into the Lexus in front.
