Ariana Grande and Ariel Winter joined hands to slam a body shamer who made a nasty comment on both the celebrities’ figures.
The 22-year-old Ariana Grande took to her Instagram to give a direct response to a body shamer and shared a paragraph-long statement in which she praised the body acceptance above the desire to gain other people’s approval, E! Online reports.
The ‘Break Free’ hit-maker captioned the long statement, “Here we go again…. I’m sure I’m not the only one feeling this way today!! in case you need a reminder, you’re beautiful. it’s a beautiful day to be yourself !!”
Extending her support, the 17-year-old actress re posted the singer’s post on her Instagram account and wrote, “Thank you @arianagrande for posting this I love the message you’re putting out there”
The caption further read, “I especially believe in today’s world we all need to stick together- I believe in EMPOWERING other women and not putting them down. I celebrate everyone for who they are because that is what makes them beautiful. You ARE beautiful.”
Earlier, comparing Grande to Winter, some unknown source wrote, “Got asked if I’d prefer @arielwinter1 or @ArianaGrande lol, it wud definitely be @arielwinter1 curves are sexy sticks aren’t.”
