All the exit poll results have predicted a huge majority to the PM Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) especially in UP, Uttarakhand and to an extent in Goa too, but Congress leaders have a totally different opinion, unlike the Exit poll results. Polls have also forecast a probable win for Congress under Capt Amarinder Singh in Punjab, but the party is neck to neck with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) while the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal-BJP alliance is set to be defeated.
