Akhilesh Yadav hits out again at PM Narendra Modi said there were more crowds than in the BJP rally

The Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Akhilesh Yadav while speaking at a rally in Chandauli said that his rally attracted more people as compared with BJP.

The Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Akhilesh Yadav while speaking at a rally in Chandauli said that his rally attracted more people as compared with BJP. He made the same points about the ambulance service and that the medical services were going to be provided for specific illnesses. Akhilesh Yadav was attending the roadshows in Varanasi had charged the PM with spreading lies and making ‘false promises’ during his electoral campaign.

Pulling up PM Modi for his ‘coconut juice’ flub against alliance partner and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi , Akhilesh said, “PM Modi lies. He talks about coconut juice. Beware, you’ll have chhaachh and he will accuse you of taking bhaang.”

The Samajwadi president’s remarks were a reference to the infamous Juicegate episode, when the Prime Minister pointed out to Rahul Gandhi that coconuts contain water and not juice. The Congress denied that Rahul had ever mentioned the words ‘coconut juice’+ and brandished video footage of his election rally as evidence. Then, Akhilesh invoked the Ganges and claimed PM Modi’s lies would not be forgiven by ‘Ganga Maiyya’.
