Soon after the news of political strategist and adviser to Bihar chief minister Prashant Kishore working with Punjab Congress President Captain Amarinder Singh came out, Aam Aadmi Party’s star campaigner and Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann has decided to take him down on social networking platforms. Mann took to Twitter and taunted to Kishore by asking him to take money from Congress people before March 11 (the vote counting day). He also said that people who waved black flags at Arvind Kejriwal are still not paid by the Congress.

Earlier, Mann also razzed Kishore on Facebook on the same issue. In a post Mann wrote, “”I have got to know that Capt Amarinder has hired a big man (Kishor) for a large amount to create an image for him and the Congress on social media, especially Facebook. But they don’t know that we have already taken the social media by storm and such paid and fake initiatives will not work. They don’t know that they will not be able to influence voters of Punjab,” Mann said. He also claimed that AAP has a Prashant Kishore in every second or third home.”

Kishore came into light after he helped Narendra Modi-led BJP in building a campaign during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Recently, Singh made it official that Kishore will be joining Punjab Congress in order to splurge its popularity and chances in the ongoing assembly elections. On the other hand, Mann has claimed that he has huge following on his Facebook page and thus, he will post on his Facebook page on a more frequent basis to share feedback from people across the state.
Days ago, Captain Amarinder Singh had demanded a thorough investigation, alleging AAP Kejriwal’s ‘nexus with militants and gangsters in the state’. In a report published by The Indian Express, Singh told reporters that Nabha jailbreak mastermind Gurpreet Singh Sekhon was arrested from “AAP worker’s house”.
