Rahul Gandhi took a jibe at PM Modi asking people if they got Rs 15 lakh in their accounts, as per Modiji's promise. "Narendra Modi had said you will get Rs 15 Lakh in your bank accounts, you did not get even 15 paise," said Gandhi.
Rahul Gandhi while addressing a Congress poll campaign in Gujarat, on Sunday, launched a blistering attack on Prime Minister Modi and blamed him for turning black money of all the corrupt people, white. The Congress vice president also slammed the demonetisation move of the government, saying, “The money of all thieves in India was turned white by Modi ji.” In Gujarat’s Dakor, Rahul Gandhi took a dig at Modi’s speeches in the state, saying that he only spoke about himself 90 percent of the time. “Kal maine Modi Ji ka bhaashan suna. Usmein Modi Ji ne 90% Modi Ji ki baat ki,” said Rahul Gandhi. Commenting on the Mani Shankar Aiyar ‘neech’ controversy, Gandhi said, “Dekhiye galat shabd ka prayog mat kariye woh PM hain, aap congress party ke ho, pyaar se baat kariye, meethe shabd prayog karo aur bhagao unko.”

Meanwhile, addressing a press conference in Gandhinagar, BJP president Amit Shah lashed out at the Congress. He said, “Congress had laid the foundation of Gujarat election on casteism. The would-be President of Congress started hopping from temple to temple. Congress has been the creator of polarisation in India.”
This is the second day of Phase 2 campaigning for the upcoming Gujarat polls. The first phase was held on December 9 while the second phase will be held on December 14 in the state.
