RBSE Class 5, Class 8 Results: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has declared the results for Class 5 and Class 8. The BSER, Ajmer, office declared the primary and upper primary exam results.
The results were scheduled to be announced at 11 AM but the board pushed the announcement to 1 PM. After a further delay, Rajasthan Education Minister Bulaki Das announced the results in a press conference.
The board recorded an overall pass percentage of 93.8% in Class 5. Girls outperformed the boys with a pass percentage of 94% to 93.6%. for Class 8, the pass percentage was recorded at 95.5%. The board did not issue a merit list this year.
Approximately 12.63 lakh students took part in the Class 8 exams while 14.53 lakh students appeared for the Class 5 exams this year. Class 5 exams were conducted from April 27 to May 17, while Class 8 exams were conducted between April 17 and May 17. Rajasthan is one of a handful of states that conduct board exams for elementary classes. The exams were not held in the previous two years due to Covid-19.
The results are also available online. The board made special arrangements to ensure that there are technical problems while students check their results. However, despite its best efforts, the BSER, Ajmer, website crashed due to heavy traffic.
HOW TO CHECK RBSE CLASS 5, 8 RESULT 2022
— Students or parents will have to visit the board’s official website to check the results;
— The homepage has a flashing notification for ‘Result 2022’;
— Clicking the notification will open a new tab;
— On this new tab, details such as roll number will need to be provided;
— Once the details are submitted, the result will appear. The result can be downloaded, saved, and printed for future reference.
RBSE CLASS 5, RBSE CLASS 8 MARKSHEETS
The board published the RBSE Class 5 and RBSE Class 8 results as digital scorecards. Students will be able to collect their original marksheets from their respective schools.
