OTET Result 2017: The results for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2017 have been released by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha at bseodisha.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam that was conducted earlier in the year can visit the official website of the board to check their exam results. According to reports, over 94,000 candidates had registered for the exam in the first place out of which only 24.58 per cent candidates managed to clear the examination, which means 23,322 candidates who successfully cleared the examination are now eligible to appear for the further process of selection.
OTET 2017 was conducted in the month of September on 29. The exam was in two phases- while the paper 1 was held in the morning, the paper 2 was held in the afternoon session. Both the papers were marked out of 150 and they consisted of multiple choice answers. The papers contained questions on child development and pedagogy, regional language (including Hindi, Odia, Urdu, Telugu and Bengali) and English. Paper 1 also contained questions on mathematics and environmental studies while paper 2 contained an option between mathematics and science or social studies.

Step 3: Follow the link for OTET 2017 results
Step 4: Now on the results page, enter your roll number and other required information
Step 5: Click Submit
Step 6: Check your results, take a print out of the same for future
Meanwhile, the application process for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) has been started by the Commissionerate of School Education (CSE), Andhra Pradesh at aptet.apcfss.in. Aspirants who wish to apply for the exam in Andhra Pradesh can check the details mentioned below and thereafter act accordingly. According to the notification released on the official website, “The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET-December, 2017) is being conducted by Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh in all 13 Districts of the State through a Computer Based Test. The objective is to ensure National Standards and benchmark of Teacher quality in the recruitment process in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).”
