MSBSHSE result 2017: After Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) declared the results of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Class 12 supplementary examination, the students appeared in the Secondary or class 10 supplementary examinations started waiting for their results. The Maharashtra education board had released the result for regular board exam for class 10 students on June 13, 2017. A total of 16,50,499 students had registered to appear in the board exam this year and 16,44,016 students actually appeared for the exam. For which, the overall pass percentage remained at 88.74 per cent this year. It was followed by the Supplementary exam, which was conducted in July 2017. Now, the students who did not qualify for the regular exam, are awaiting the results of their supplementary exam. However, they may not need to wait for a long time, as the board is expected to release the results within this month, as per the report by NDTV. According to the reports, the results can come anytime before August 31.
Meanwhile, a quarter of the Class 12 students who took their supplementary exam this year was successful in clearing it. As per The Indian Express, an overall pass percentage of 24.96 was recorded in HSC supplementary examination. According to the report, as many as 93,271 students had registered for the examination this year, which included 68,605 boys and 24,666 girls. In the Science stream, the overall pass percentage was recorded at 30.80 per cent and for Arts it was 23.98 per cent. For Commerce courses, an overall pass percentage of 22.54 per cent was recorded.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has also declared the compartment result for class 12 and class 10 students.
