JKBOSE 12th class results: The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE), on Thursday, declared the results of Class 12 or HSC part 2 exams of the Kashmir division at jkbose.co.in. The JKBOSE 12th class results are now available on the official website – jkbose.gov.in and the students can also check their scores at jammu-kashmir.indiaresults.com. Galib Afzal Guru, the son of deceased terrorist Afzal Guru has secured a distinction in all class 12 subjects.
Galib who had scored more than 95 per cent marks in class 10, has scored 86 in English, 87 in physics, 89 in chemistry, 85 in biology and 94 in environmental science. Galib scored 441 out of 500 marks. This takes Galib a step closer to achieving his dream of becoming a doctor.
“I want to pursue Medical Education and want to become a doctor. It is the dream of my parents and family that I become a doctor and I will try to fulfill it,” he had said in 2016. His father, Afzal Guru was also pursuing Medical Education before he left the course midway. He was executed in 2013 for his role in the Parliament attack case.
Here is how to check JKBOSE 12th class results:
1. To check the score, go to the official website jkbose.jk.gov.in.
2. Go to the ‘latest results’ section, click on ‘Secondary school examination class 10th annual regular 2017 (winter zone)’.
3. Enter your roll number and name in the given field.
4. Press submit and your scores will be available.
5. Download the same and take a printout for future reference.
Apart from this, JKBOSE class 10 Kashmir division results were also released this week. Online re-evaluation facility will be soon available for the students. However, anyone scoring less than 20 per cent is not eligible to apply for the re-evaluation.
The Jammu and Kashmir Board is responsible for the conduct of public examinations of secondary and higher secondary classes. It prescribes the courses of instruction, scheme of studies, prepare syllabi, curriculum and textbooks for the School Education as per National Policy on Education.
