ITI Registration 2017: The Industrial Training Institute (ITI) under the Department of Training and Technical Education will begin its offline registration process from today. Candidates who wish to apply and are in need of more information can visit its official website at itidelhiadmissions.nic.in. Aspirants can download the offline application from itidelhiadmissions.nic.in and send the filled in application form to their respective ITIs. The department in its official notice said, “Offline admission would be granted to the candidates according to their merit/rank.”
There are a total of 1,113 vacancies in more than 40 courses at 19 ITIs for the academic session of 2017-18, according to Indian Express. verified candidates are required to registration fees of Rs 200 to “freeze” the available seats. A list of vacant seats was released on August 18, 2017 and the registration process for the same will be closed by 2 pm on August 22. The Institute while talking about the number of vacancies said, “Registered but not verified candidates are to be verified by the individual Institute before submission of application form for off line admission. Any wrong submission of information/registration form will result in cancellation of admission.”
The institute will release a tentative merit list for offline admissions on August 23 by 3 PM and candidates are required to file their objections by 12 pm on August 24. The final merit list will be displayed on the official website on August 24, 2017 by 3 PM. They will be required to report to their respective ITIs on August 28 and 29, 2017
