CBSE 12th Result 2017: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to announce the much awaited Senior School Certificate Examination (SSC)/ class 12th 2017 results on its official website at cbse.nic.in shortly today. According to a press released issued by the board on its official website the board will release the results in the forenoon. Candidates who appeared for the said examination can heave a sigh of relief as the board will finally release the SSC scores and students can thus apply for their higher education programmes. This year the results were delayed due to the Delhi High Court’s order against CBSE decision to discontinue the marks moderation policy.
The board conducted the class 12th board examination from March 9 to April 29 this year. A total of 19,85,397 students registered for the Class 10th and 12th examination this year, including the 10,98,891 students who appeared for the class 12th examination. Among the registered students 4,60,026 girls and 6,38,865 boys took part in the class 12th examination.
The delay in the declaration of results has led to an increase in the anxiety among students. Candidates need to keep in mind that the s need to keep in mind that the websire might experience technical glitches beacuse of heavy traffic at the time when the fresults have been declared. Candidtaes who appeared for the examination can follow the below mentioned steps to check their results-
Step 1: Visit the official website at results.nic.in/ cbseresults.nic.in/ cbse.nic.in
Step 2: Once on the main page of the website, click on th elik that says, ‘Senior School Certificate Examination Results – 2017’
Step 3: On the homepge, enter the required information, press enter
Step 4: Your result will be displayed on the screen
Step 5: Check the information mentioned on the results
Step 6: Take a print out of the same and keep for future use
