Uttar Pradesh Investors’ Summit 2018 LIVE: PM Narendra Modi has inaugurated the much talked about ‘UP Investors Summit’ today. The aim of the summit is to showcase the array of investment opportunities and potential of Uttar Pradesh in various sectors. Along with various leaders from the government, industry biggies like Mukesh Ambani, Anand Mahindra, Gautam Adani, have graced the event. On Day 2, President Ram Nath Kovind is also set to visit the Summit. The scale of the event is huge as this mega event is being organized by various heads of states and governments, ministers. Even multiple corporate leaders from all over the world, senior policymakers, heads of international institutions and academicians have joined hands to have this huge event. The other notable dignitaries at the Summit are Rajnath Singh, Smriti Irani, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Nirmala Sitharaman, Suresh Prabhu, Harsh Vardhan and V K Singh. This concentration of high-level leaders is expected to further the strengthen the economic development in the Uttar Pradesh. The organizers hope to promote cooperation to pave way for better investments.
