Kerala Budget 2018: A popular personality who wears many hats as a renowned economist as well as a key political figure Kerala, Finance Minister Thomas Issac presented the LDF government’s state budget earlier today. Kerala Budget 2018 comes at a critical time, given that the state has been reeling under a severe financial crisis and all eyes are on the state’s Finance Minister who is known to juggle numbers deftly and the biggest challenges is that of revenue generation, among others. Meanwhile, experts in the state indicated that based on Thomas Issac’s recent comments, he stayed focused on fiscal prudence and austerity measures.
