CEOs ‘somewhat optimistic’

Majority of chief executives are ‘somewhat optimistic’ about the short term prospects of the Indian economy, according to a survey of chief executives (CEOs) by consultant firm PwC and industry body Ficci.

Majority of chief executives are ‘somewhat optimistic’ about the short term prospects of the Indian economy, according to a survey of chief executives (CEOs) by consultant firm PwC and industry body Ficci.

“Sectors such as auto, capital goods and heavy equipment, cement and paper industries have a moderately optimistic growth outlook for their respective sectors over the next 6–12 months,” it said.
