Rail passengers travelling between Udhna in Gujarat and Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh can take note of the regular schedule of the Amrit Bharat Express connecting the two cities. Western Railway has announced the regularisation of Train Nos. 20438/20437 Udhna-Prayagraj-Udhna Amrit Bharat Express, with the services operating once a week in each direction.
The train will provide connectivity through several stations along the routes, including Vadodara, Kota, Ratlam, Idgah Agra, Tundla, Govindpuri, Etawah and Fatehpur.
For passengers planning their journeys, the two services have different running days. The Udhna-Prayagraj service will run on Tuesdays, whereas the return train from Prayagraj will run on Mondays.
DRM Mumbai Central, Western Railway while sharing details of the regularisations, stated “Sleeper Class & General Second Class coaches” will be available on the trains.
Udhna-Prayagraj Amrit Bharat Express: Check timings
Train No. 20438 Udhna-Prayagraj Amrit Bharat Express will leave from Udhna every Tuesday at 6:45 am. After an overnight journey, the train is scheduled to reach Prayagraj at 7:30 the following day.
Passengers planning to use the service should keep in mind both the weekly running day and the next-day arrival when making their travel plans.
Prayagraj-Udhna train to operate every Monday
In the return direction, Train No. 20437 Prayagraj-Udhna Amrit Bharat Express will leave Prayagraj every Monday at 5:20 am. The train is slated to reach Udhna at 4:05 am the next day.
Passengers should therefore note that although the two trains operate as a pair, they have different weekly running days.

As per the schedule shared by Western Railway, the trains will operate through Vadodara, Kota, Ratlam, Idgah Agra, Gangapur city, Etawah, Tundala, Govindpuri, and Fatehpur stations.
The train will serve these intermediate stations while operating between Udhna and Prayagraj.
Sleeper and General Second Class coaches available
The Amrit Bharat Express will have Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches. Passengers can take the available coaches into account when planning their journey on the weekly service.
Western Railway has also appealed to passengers to avail the services of regularised trains.
