Consumer goods major Marico has set a revenue target of Rs 15,000 crore for FY27, banking on premiumisation, portfolio expansion, digital-first brands and technology-led investments, even as it remains cautious about macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties.

The maker of Saffola and Parachute outlined the growth roadmap in its FY26 annual report released on Thursday, reiterating its longer-term Vision 2030 goal of reaching Rs 20,000 crore in revenue over the next four years.

Marico reported revenue of Rs 13,611 crore in FY26, up 26% from the previous year, while recurring consolidated net profit after tax and minority interest rose 11% year-on-year to Rs 1,762 crore.

“Our long-term vision remains unchanged: to deliver profitable growth, create enduring stakeholder value, and make a meaningful difference to society,” Chairman Harsh Mariwala said.

As part of its strategy, Marico is increasing its focus on premium and digital-first brands. Their contribution to overall revenue rose to 37% in FY26 from 27% in FY20, with the company targeting a 50% share by FY30.

Expanding Digital Brands

Marico has accelerated direct-to-consumer acquisitions in recent years as competition intensifies and younger consumers increasingly gravitate towards emerging brands. Its digital-first portfolio—including Beardo, Just Herbs, Plix and Kaya—crossed an annualised revenue run rate of Rs 1,100 crore in FY26.

“Data analytics, AI-led insights, and enhanced consumer engagement platforms are increasingly reshaping how we build brands, deepen personalisation and improve speed-to-market,” Mariwala said.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Saugata Gupta said the company plans to further expand its total addressable market after nearly doubling it since FY22.

“We aim to expand our total addressable market further to 3x by FY30 through sharper portfolio choices, accelerated premiumisation and sustained investments in digital and technology capabilities,” Gupta said.

Marico expects to maintain top-quartile volume growth in India and deliver teens constant-currency growth in its international business in FY27. Foods and premium personal care, including digital-first brands, now contribute around 23% of the company’s India business revenue and are expected to account for about one-third of domestic revenue by FY30.

Scaling the Core Food Portfolio

Gupta said Beardo and Plix have already turned profitable, while the overall digital-first portfolio is expected to deliver teens Ebitda margins by FY30 as the company improves unit economics through a digital-first operating model and agile innovation.

The foods business crossed the Rs 1,000-crore revenue milestone in FY26. Marico aims to scale the portfolio to 15 times its FY20 revenue by FY30 through consumer-led innovation and a strategy of building fewer, larger and more profitable brands. The company’s premium personal care portfolio also continued to post strong growth, aided by the rapid scale-up of its digital-first brands.
