Our aim is to make Mumbai a hub where anyone in the world can easily access a plug-play innovation system,” the Maharashtra CM stated.
Why do the location and investment matter?
Fadnavis stated to ANI that Tata Sons has committed around $10-11 billion towards developing the Innovation City, including infrastructure and a data centre. The international investors have started showing interest following the announcement.
