Affle 3i’s AI subsidiary, Affle MEA has entered into an asset purchase agreement with DT, on Tuesday, May 16. As per the terms of partnership, Affle MEA will acquire DT’s assets including the adtech company’s AdColony SDK, brand name, domain and goodwill. 

“The acquisition aligns with Affle’s 10X growth strategy to augment its Consumer Platform technology stack with broader SDK reach, spanning a wide and diverse range of mobile publisher connections globally,” the company said in its press release.

The company noted that the transaction would enable DT to focus investment and resources on core media and related platforms. Under the scope of this acquisition the adtech firm aims to deliver value content for advertisers and other stakeholders.

Affle share price

The company’s share price was trending flat in Tuesday’s intraday session. Over the past one month its stock has climbed up by more than 2%, while over the past six months it has declined by 13%. 

So far this year Affle’s share price has fallen by 16%.
