The week has been hectic for major private and public companies. Along with the declaration of their Q3 results, some of them have also announced major order wins. Companies have secured orders aggregating over Rs 10,000 crore, with focus being on Zen Technologies, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Ahluwalia Contracts, etc. Companies have secured contracts spanning across sectors like railways, defence, and real estate. Here are some of the major order wins for this week.
Ahluwalia Contracts bags CPWD project in New Delhi
Ahluwalia Contracts has bagged an order worth Rs 3,060 crore from the Central Public Works Department, New Delhi. Under the scope of the work, the company will carry out the civil construction work pertaining to the construction of the Common Central Secretariat Building in New Delhi.
The project will be executed over a period of 21 months.
The company’s share price concluded the week on a positive note, ending in green, up 1% from Thursday’s close.
Larsen and Toubro (L&T) bags large order for construction project in Maharashtra
The company secured two large orders this week, one from Petronet LNG and the other from Torrent Energy Solutions.
The value of large orders ranges between Rs 2,500–5,000 crore.
At the start of the week, the company bagged an order in Maharashtra for a pumped storage project in Raigad.
The company’s share price closed flat on Friday.
Shakti Pumps bags order for water pumping systems in Karnataka
The company received an order worth Rs 654 crore from Karnataka Renewable Energy for the development of water pumping systems in the state. Under the scope of work, Shakti Pumps will carry out the development of water pumps across the state of Karnataka.
Shakti Pumps’ share price also closed flat on Friday.
Kernex Microsystems receives order for execution of Kavach Loco equipment
Chittaranjan Locomotive Works awarded Kernex an order worth Rs 2,465 crore for the execution of on-board Kavach Loco equipment. The order will be executed within a period of twelve months.
As per the order guidelines, Kernex will be responsible for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 3,024 sets of on-board Kavach Loco equipment. The company’s stock ended in green, up nearly 7% from its previous close.
VA Tech WABAG secures large order from BPCL
VA Tech WABAG secured a large order valued in the range of Rs 250–600 crore from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL).
BPCL has awarded this contract to WABAG for advanced technology water treatment facilities at its Bina Petrochemicals and Refinery Expansion Project in Bina, Madhya Pradesh.
The company’s share price ended in red, down nearly 0.6% from its previous close.
Zen Technologies receives order from MoD for anti-drone systems
The company secured a contract worth Rs 404 crore from the Ministry of Defence for the supply of anti-drone systems. Of the total amount, Rs 332 crore will be allocated for the supply of anti-drone systems, while the remaining Rs 72 crore will be used for training simulators and related equipment.
Zen Technologies’ shares traded in green, up nearly 8% from their previous close.
Overall the order wins signal a healthy revenue pipeline as India Inc enters the last quarter of FY26.
