Ceigall India’s wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects, has received an order worth Rs Rs. 2,160 crores from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a highway construction project in Bihar.The company in its regulatory filing said that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for the construction of a four-lane highway stretch on NH-139W, covering the Sahebganj–Areraj–Bettiah corridor in Bihar.
Project to cover 78.94 km on NH-139W in Bihar
The total length of the project is 78.942 km comprising two sections. Section one covers Sahebganj to Areraj, spanning 38.362 km, while section two covers Areraj to Bettiah, with a length of 40.580 km.
The project has been awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), which involves partial government funding during the construction phase, with the remaining investment recovered through annuity payments.
The construction period for the project is 730 days. After completion, the company will operate and maintain the highway for a period of 15 years.
Ramneek Sehgal, Chairman & Managing Director, Ceigall India said that the project will strengthening national highway networks. “This project is closely aligned with the Government of India’s PM Gati Shakti vision of integrated and multimodal infrastructure development. Strengthening national highway networks is critical to improving logistics efficiency, enhancing regional connectivity, and accelerating economic growth,” Sehgal added.
Ceigall India Q3FY26: Order book at Rs 1,329.51 crore at end-December
Ceigall India, an infrastructure Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company, reported over 2% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 72.4 crore in Q3FY26. The company’s total income rose to Rs 991.1 crore from Rs 830.5 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Sehgal IN ITS Q3 statement said, “We delivered steady operational performance during Q3 and the nine months ended December 2025, supported by execution momentum across our core EPC portfolio and growing contributions from diversified verticals.”
As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total order book stood at Rs 1,329.51 crore, providing healthy revenue visibility, he said.
The company’s expertise spans the design and construction of elevated roads, flyovers, bridges, railway overbridges, tunnels, expressways, and runways.
