Building businesses, for me, has always been about stewardship rather than scale alone. Growing up around the Sanjay Ghodawat Group, I saw how institutions are shaped patiently, through values, people, and long-term intent. That perspective continues to guide my role today. Working across diverse sectors has reinforced the importance of balance between continuity and change. While respecting what has been built, my focus is on preparing our businesses for a more digital, consumer-led future, creating the conditions for relevance, resilience, and enduring growth.
The Weekdays
My weekdays are anchored in review and direction-setting. Mornings begin with discussions around performance, priorities, and decision-making, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Much of the day is spent engaging with leadership teams, assessing progress, addressing challenges, and staying close to operational realities.
The Weekends
Weekends are for renewal and connection. After a week of fast-paced execution, I dedicate time to family, my ultimate anchor. Long conversations, shared meals, and laughter with loved ones remind me why we build in the first place. I also carve out moments for reflection and exploration, often catching up on reading or meeting friends in relaxed settings. These unhurried pauses bring clarity, spark new ideas, and reinforce the importance of balance in leadership and life.
The Toys
I gravitate towards tools that amplify productivity and keep me connected. My Apple ecosystem, iPhone, and Apple Watch, is my command center, streamlining communication, decision-making, and daily routines. Whether I’m reviewing data, catching up on industry news, or tracking health metrics, these devices ensure I stay agile and responsive. Seamless integration and reliability are crucial to me, so I invest in technology that supports my workflow both in the boardroom and on the go.

Logos tell stories of legacy and ambition. I’ve long admired Tata and Apple, symbols of trust, innovation, and enduring value. When we designed the Sanjay Ghodawat Group’s identity, we wanted it to reflect our journey from regional roots to a global presence. The SGG logo embodies our commitment to lighting up smiles worldwide, representing our diversified growth across aviation, consumer products, education, and energy. It stands as a testament to transformation, resilience, and our commitment to delivering excellence in every endeavor.
