The Job

My leadership approach is built on three pillars: clarity, speed, and ownership.

I believe in setting a clear vision with well-defined objectives. It’s essential that every team member understands not just the destination, but also the path to get there. Once that clarity is established, I roll up my sleeves and execute alongside the team.

Speed is non-negotiable. An idea, no matter how good, loses its value if not executed at the right time. Timely action is often the difference between success and missed opportunity. That’s why speed is at the heart of how I operate.
Ownership, to me, is about empowerment. Leadership means enabling people to make decisions and take initiative, while holding ourselves collectively accountable for the outcomes. This creates a culture where ownership of growth is shared and truly democratized.

The Weekdays

My work style is fast-paced, hands-on, and deeply collaborative. My meetings are short, focused, and always include only the relevant people. I prefer one-on-one check-ins or small group discussions to keep things agile. I step in quickly wherever there’s a roadblock or a decision bottleneck, and I maintain a very flat structure, any team member can reach out to me at any time.

My day starts early, typically with reviews alongside the Business Development team, followed by sessions with designers and project delivery leads. Depending on urgency, meetings and conversations shift dynamically.

Now that we’re a public company, a significant part of my day also goes into engaging with prospective investors.
On any given day, I might be:

Catching up with the sales team on the enterprise funnel,
Guiding the design team on layouts or renders,
Reviewing delivery timelines,
Setting the vision for our tech platform,
Exploring new market entry strategies, or
Sharpening our brand narrative.
And at the end of it all, I always circle back to the numbers, tracking how we’re doing against our quarterly and annual goals. It’s a high-energy mix of strategy and execution, and that’s exactly what keeps me motivated.

The Weekend

“Me time” is very important to me. Saturdays are usually working days, but Sundays are sacred. That’s my time to unwind, either being a complete couch potato, binge-watching something, spending time with my kids, or just going out. The core idea is to disconnect from work and recharge. Of course, there are times when urgent calls come up, and I do take them if needed. But for the most part, Sundays are about family, relaxation, and doing absolutely nothing work-related. That’s what helps me stay fresh for the week ahead.

The Logos

Honestly, I don’t have the time or the patience for brands. If it fits well, feels comfortable, and does the job, I’m good. Whether it’s a shirt, a bag, or a watch, my only question is: Will it survive my day? My bag just needs to hold my laptop and a few papers. My watch? As long as it tells the time and doesn’t dig into my wrist, I’m happy. Logos, labels, and fashion trends aren’t really on my radar. I’m all about function over flash.
