Air India unveils new loyalty programme with a more streamlined structure, customers can now claim more rewards and benefits, as reported by PTI. Under the new loyalty programme, flyers will get points on a spending-based approach rather than the earlier feature in which customers used to get points on the basis of miles-based collection, Air India announced this in a statement.

Members of the Airline will be able to take advantage of the programme by accumulating the points according to the revamped structure, starting from today. Though the company has not disclosed the exact number of the members.

No expiry dates for redeeming the points for the active members of the programme.

Everyone will be given same tier advantages.

Flyers can earn and avail points with any other airlines which come under Star Alliance Group on worldwide basis.

A brand-new customer friendly digital interface which will give users a one stop platform for all the transactions.
