The new Volkswagen Beetle will be sold across select VW dealerships in India.

Volkswagen India on Friday launched the all-new Beetle in the country at a starting price of Rs 28.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The new Volkswagen Beetle will be sold across select VW dealerships in India.

The new Volkswagen Beetle features a 1.4-litre TSI turbocharged petrol mill that, mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission, produces 148bhp. Features like 6 airbags, ESP and anti-lock braking system (ABS) make the Beetle quite a safe car to drive. Other key features are - panoramic sunroof, bi-xenon headlamps, leather interiors and chrome packages for interior & exterior.
