The Honda CBR 150R, on the other hand, is priced at Rs. 1.41 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). Both the motorcycles receive minor cosmetic updates, and new colour schemes. Though, no mechanical changes have been made to the bikes.
Powering the Honda CBR 150R is a 150cc, single-cylinder engine that is paired to a six-speed transmission. This engine is capable to churn out a maximum power of 18.27bhp at 10,500rpm and 12.6Nm of torque at 8,500rpm. Ditching the conventional perimeter frame and swing-arm mounted suspension, the bike gets a new Trus frame and pro-link unit.
The Honda CBR 250R is powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers a maximum power of 28bhp at 9,000rpm and 23Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm. Mated with a six-speed gearbox, this bike is claimed to achieve 0-60km/h in four seconds with a top-speed of 147km/h. It measures 2,032mm in length, 720mm in width and 1,127mm in height with a wheelbase of 136mm. The CBR 250R is offered in three shades – Pearl Amazing White, Black and Sports Red.
