  • MG Hector Exterior

The MG Hector is indeed a looker, no doubt in that and it turns heads wherever it goes. The front end of the vehicle gets sleek LED DRLs while the primary headlamps are fitted lower just like the Tata Harrier. The side profile is also dynamic and busy, all thanks to the strong shoulder line and the blacked out pillars. However, the 17-inch alloy wheels do look a bit undersized but that is due to the generous body proportions.

  • MG Hector Interior

The cabin of the MG Hector is spacious and plush and is a great place to be in. The dashboard has a three layer design in which the center one has soft touch material. However, the attention catcher is the massive 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system that is reminiscent of the new Volvos and Teslas. The unit comes preloaded with multiple apps including Gaana and you do not need to save songs, all thanks to the internet connectivity due to the Airtel sim present on board.

The diesel engine option is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox while the petrol version gives you an option to choose between a manual gearbox and a dual clutch transmission. Another option is the India’s first 48-volt petrol hybrid.

  • MG Hector Transmission

On the MG Hector SUV, the diesel engine comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. On the other hand, the petrol version lets you choose between a manual gearbox and a dual clutch transmission.
