Mahindra’s flagship SUV, Alturas G4, in its BS6 form hasn’t received any changes. It is powered by a 2.2-litre diesel engine that delivers identical power and torque outputs of 178hp and 420Nm, mated to 7-speed automatic transmission. The car comes with features such as an 8.0-inch touch screen infotainment system, dual-zone climate control, and a 360-degree camera. In terms of safety, the 2WD variant gets dual airbags, traction control, and hill-descent control. The Alturas 4WD variant gets nine airbags. The Alturas G4 2WD is priced at Rs 28.69 lakh, while the 4WD variant is for Rs 31.69 lakh, ex-showroom.
