    The Hyundai Venue has a Creta inspired design language and from some angles, the vehicle indeed looks like a baby Creta. The overall boxy design works in favour of the SUV and the cascading grille up front along with high mounted LED DRLs give the Venue urban looks. The DRLs double up as turning winkers and look decent on the fascia.

    Hyundai Venue gets an all black interior that offers a premium feel right from the moment you step inside the car. The flat dashboard along with the rising console is in favour of the ergonomics. Moreover, the 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system is another highlight of the cabin that is convenient to use too.     Hyundai has updated all three engine options of the Venue to BS6 compliance. The 1.2-litre petrol engine generates 82hp of power and 114Nm of torque, while the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine produces 118hp of power and 172Nm of torque. The company has replaced the 1.4-litre diesel unit with a more powerful 1.5-litre engine. This 1.5-litre diesel engine produces 99hp of power and 240Nm of torque and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.

  • Hyundai Venue Transmission

    The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine on the Hyundai Venue gets a six-speed manual while a DCT is on offer as optional. On the other hand, the 1.2-litre petrol engine gets a five speed manual transmission as standard. The diesel engine is on offer with a six-speed manual transmission. DCT is on offer with SX and X (O) variants.

  • Hyundai Venue Braking and Safety

    The higher variants of the Hyundai Venue come with six airbags, reverse parking camera and more features to keep the occupants safe. Moreover, the SUV gets some standard safety features like ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, dual airbags up front, speed alert system and seat belt reminder. Moreover, the vehicle comes with SOS alert feature which is a segment first.

  • Hyundai Venue Mileage

    The Hyundai Venue comes with three engines option. Out of these, the 1.0-litre turbo petrol mated to a six-speed manual transmission claims a fuel efficiency of 18.27kmpl, while this engine with the 7-speed DCT provides 18.15kmpl. The 1.2-litre petrol engine lays claims to 17.52kmpl. Claimed mileage of the BS6 1.5-litre diesel is yet to be disclosed by Hyundai. The car comes with a 45 litres fuel tank.
