Hyundai Alcazar is a three-row SUV based on the Creta. It follows the manufacturer's Sensuous Sportiness design language and shares design cues with the Creta. However, it gets a larger grille at the front and a redesigned rear. The SUV is longer than the Creta in order to allow space for a third row on the inside. Alcazar is available in both, six and seven-seat configurations and the six-seat iteration gets captain seats in the second row while the seven-seat version comes with a bench. A dual-tone interior, large 10.25-inch touchscreen unit, digital MID, ventilated front seats, BlueLink connectivity and AC vents for all three rows are some of the features that you can see inside the vehicle. The SUV is offered with two engine options - a 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel and a 2.0-litre MPi, petrol. The diesel engine is the same as the one seen on the Creta and the petrol engine comes from the Tucson, but in a slightly different state of tune. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and automatic options. Prices for the Alcazar start at Rs 16.30 lakh and go all the way up to Rs 20.14 lakh (ex-showroom).
