TVS Apache RTR 180 had long been the flagship of TVS Motor until the RTR 200 came along. It is powered by a 177.4cc engine capable of delivering 17.03 BHP of power at 8,500 RPM and 15.5 NM of torque at 6,500 RPM. The overall design is slightly less aggressive compared to its elder sibling. The chassis is more conventional and suspension a bit less stiff with twin shockers at the back. The braking system is one of the best in its segment with a 270mm disc at the front and a 200mm disc at the back. Tyres are tubeless and what gives the motorcycle an edge over the competition is that it gets optional ABS as well.

TVS Apache RTR 180 has a sporty appeal which is highlighted by a sharp engine cowl and tail lamp. The tank is sculpted and has scoops that add to the aggressive stance. However, there is scope for improvement in the build quality.
TVS Apache RTR 180's riding stance offers a combination of comfort and sportiness. While the handlebar allows the rider to sit upright, the slightly rear set which provides a sense of aggression. The seat is well cushioned that also makes for prolonged riding.
TVS Apache RTR 180 is powered by a 177cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 17.30 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 15.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
The engine is paired to a five-speed manual transmission with a wet multiplate clutch.
TVS Apache RTR 180 comes with 270 mm dual petal discs up front and at the back, it gets a single 200 mm disc brake. Customers can also opt for an ABS version of the RTR 180.
TVS Apache RTR 180 has a fuel tank capacity of 16 litres with a reserve of 2.5 litres and can deliver about 45 kmpl.
