  • Mahindra Mojo Design and Build

    Mahindra Mojo

Mojo is an extremely well-built motorcycle which can seemingly withstand the beating of daily commuting as well as touring. Mahindra has tried to bring together the aggressiveness of a streetfighter and the practicality and comfort of a standard together in an interesting mix of design and riding ergonomics. The front has a prominent looking twin round headlight assembly which has a small visor that shields the speedo meter. The fuel tank has good knee recesses and has a massive 21 litres of capacity. The seat is a single-piece unit for the rider and the pillion and it is curvy for better comfort. Overall, the tail section is minimal and is one of the sportiest elements of the motorcycle. Upside-down front forks and specifically the golden colored frame and swing-arm add uniqueness to the entire design.

  • Mahindra Mojo Riding Ergonomics

    Mahindra Mojo

Mojo is regarded as one of the best motorcycles for long distance riding in its category. It offers an upright riding stance with wide and high handlebar and slightly rear-set foot-pegs putting the rider in a comfortable, yet, commanding position. The seat is nice and well-padded for prolonged hours of riding. The suspension is one of the best parts of the package offering a compliant but cushy ride quality.

  • Mahindra Mojo Engine

    Mahindra Mojo

The Mojo is powered by a 295cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-valve engine which is capable of producing 27 PS of power at 8,000 RPM and 30 NM of torque at 5,500 RPM. The power delivery is linear but exciting and the torque spread is good throughout rev-range resulting in brisk acceleration in all the gears.

  • Mahindra Mojo Transmission

    Mahindra Mojo

The Mojo comes with a 6-speed manual transmission for utmost performance. The gear ratios are well-spread offering a good mix of quick acceleration and cruising ability. The clutch action is prominent at the same time it is light to prevent fatigue due to continuous operation.

  • Mahindra Mojo Braking and Safety

Mojo is the first motorcycle in its segment to come with a 320mm front disc brake. Complementing it nicely is a 240mm disc at the rear. Braking performance is good, however, the initial bite could be better. Unfortunately, ABS is not offered even as an option. But, the Mojo is equipped with world-class Pirelli Diablo Rosso 2 tyres for exceptional traction performance on varying road conditions.

  • Mahindra Mojo Mileage

The Mojo is designed as a performance motorcycle without compromising on the fuel efficiency too much. With the massive 21 litres of fuel tank capacity, it is capable of going beyond 550 km in one full tank.
