Aviator is the most well-equipped 110cc scooter in the HMSI stable. Featuring a more grown-up design language, telescopic forks up front and an optional disc brake, the Aviator comes across as a mature and a more indulging scooter to ride. Also, the scooter gets alloy wheels on opting for the disc brake version of the Aviator. This further enhances the style quotient. The combination of the telescopic forks and the standard 12-inch wheel at the front provide better comfort and stability on varying road conditions. The 109.19cc engine is, once again, same as the one in Activa 3G along with the HET technology.

  • Honda Aviator Design and Build

    Honda Aviator

Aviator is a well-built scooter like any other Honda two-wheeler. The styling is distinct and instantly recognizable from the Activa. The front part is dominated by the chrome look giving the impression of a solid metallic design. Furthermore, the looks are enhanced with the addition of telescopic forks, alloy wheels and a disc brake. Given the up-market equipment, the Aviator comes across as a serious scooter which is more capable of tackling changing road conditions. The instrument panel has all the basic information like speed, fuel gauge and left-right indicators. Lastly, 20 litres of under seat space provides decent storage capacity as well.

  • Honda Aviator Riding Ergonomics

    Honda Aviator

Aviator provides a comfortable riding stance where the rider sits upright for easy commuting in city traffic. It offers fantastic space for resting both feet on the floorboard while the reach to the handlebar is also quite near. Riding quality is further enhanced by telescopic forks and a 12-inch wheel at the front. The seat is well-padded and is one of the best in its segment to sit on.

  • Honda Aviator Engine

    Honda Aviator

Powered by the durable 109.2cc engine, Aviator produces a competitive 8 BHP of power and 8.77 NM of torque. It features the Honda Eco Technology resulting in great fuel efficiency without sacrificing the performance. Other than this, like all other scooters in HMSI stable, Aviator features maintenance free battery and viscous paper-filter.

  • Honda Aviator Transmission

    Honda Aviator

Aviator offers gearless transmission, known as Variomatic, and is simply operated by twisting the throttle. Since there is no clutch, the lever on the left side of the handlebar operates the rear brake while the one on the right side controls the front brake as usual.

  • Honda Aviator Braking and Safety

While the base version of Aviator has drum brakes at both ends, it offers front disc brake version as well. The braking performance is further enhanced by the 190mm disc and together with tubeless tyres, they provide unmatched safety against all other scooters in the segment that come only with drum brakes.

  • Honda Aviator Mileage

Aviator is capable of providing one of the fuel efficient rides in its class thanks to the HET technology. Real world mileage is well above 60 kmpl.
