Bajaj Avenger Street 160 which shares the same styling as its bigger sibling, the Street 220 now comes with a BS6 compliant engine. The cruiser-styled motorcycle is powered by a 160cc engine which produces 15hp/13.7Nm. The notable changes in Avenger Street 160 is the slight drop in torque. Kerb weight of the bike is 156kg. Price of the Avenger 160 has been increased and it is sold at Rs 95,000, ex-showroom.

      Avenger Street 160 is a solidly built motorcycle and designed to look like a low-slung cruiser. The seat height is low, longer wheelbase and forward-set foot-pegs for a laid-back riding stance. In a typical fashion, there’s a round headlight along with a minimalistic digital + analogue speedometer followed by a streamlined fuel tank. The seat is a single-piece step type unit. The build quality and the fit-n-finish of various parts is good. Alloy wheels add further sportiness and street-oriented design language to the overall package.
