Eimor Customs has come to be a very popular motorcycle shop from Hyderabad with a CV loaded with some very brilliant-looking custom bikes. Another feather in the hat is the 'Ayla' bobber based on a Royal Enfield Classic 350. The custom job has been carried out very neatly, least to say and lends the Classic some modern fitments like a digital instrument cluster and USD forks.
'The bike has been stretched by four inches to make it look better aesthetically. The front headlight is 5.5 inch LED with mono pod digital speedometer console. We affectionately call it AYLA.'
'This is a single seater bobber, with Upper Side Down forks, and adjustable single seater. The wheels are 19 inches front and 15 inches rear with button tyres. Duck billed Mudguards can be see adorning the tyres.'
No changes have been made to the engine. The motorcycle continues to be powered by a 346cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder units. In its BS6 guise, this engine can generate a maximum power of 20 hp and a peak torque of 28 Nm, and is paired to a five-speed gearbox.
The tail section has been revamped and the rear fender has been shortened. The taillight has been moved to the left side of the bike and the rear numberplate sits below that. The centre panel and airbox are custom-built, painted with stars and a moon. It also gets an aftermarket exhaust.
