The Jeep Compass facelift is set for its India launch in the first week of February 2021. The model will offer updated styling including a new front bumper and revised LED headlamps with LED DRLs. Additionally, the 8-slot iconic Jeep grill has been tweaked and houses the front lens for the 360-degree camera.

The rear is fairly the same as the old Compass. You continue to get the same set of LED tail lamps and the styling looks untouched. But, there is now an electronic boot opening and closing function.

The new Jeep Compass will continue to be offered with the 2.0-litre turbo diesel as before. The motor will be offered with a 6-speed manual or the 9-speed automatic. There will also be the 1.5-lite turbo petrol motor which is available with a manual as well as an automatic option.

It’s a Jeep, so 4x4 will, of course, be offered in the higher-spec models on the new Compass facelift. Additionally, off-road modes along with a low range setting for the transmission and 4x4 lock will also be offered. Oh! and the new Compass will also feature a new set of shiny diamond-cut alloy wheels.

Jeep has given the new Compass a brand new interior with a redesigned dashboard. The Compass will feature a new 10.1-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system housed right in the middle. It comes with a new user-interface with UConnect5 that supports over the air updates. Additionally, the driver gets a new steering wheel while the dual-tone cabin has been left out for a simple all-black interior.

The driver also gets a brand new large 10.25-inch all-digital instrument cluster. Other features on the Compass include the panoramic sunroof, electronically adjustable driver's seat and ventilated front seats, a wireless charging pad, 360-degree parking camera and cruise control.
