Owning a supercar is something not everyone can do, however, country’s largest self-driving car rental company, MyChoize Self Drive Cars, a brand owned by Orix is offering people a chance to drive one at the Buddh International Circuit. Those interested will have to bid for the experience and the collection would be sent to various charities operating buses for school children in rural areas. The company has tied up with NCR based Rally Motors for the supply of the supercars which include an Audi R8, a Lamborghini Aventador amongst other. The Audi R8 V10 Plus is priced at Rs 2.55 crore, a Lamborghini Aventador costs Rs 5.12 crore and a Porsche 911 can be yours for Rs 1.39 crore, all prices ex-showroom. Get the point?

The bidding will commence on the company’s official website on 29th April 2017 with a starting bid of Rs 100 with an increment of Rs 50 on each new bid. The auction for each vehicle will go on for two hours, however, if a bid is placed in the last 30 seconds, the system will automatically increase the closing time by another 30 seconds. Bidders would also be able to view bids placed by other people on the website and can do a calculation of what should their next bid be like. Winners of the auction will be given their desired supercar for 30 minutes at the Buddh International Circuit where they can understand the true potential of these vehicles.
