Volkswagen India will soon expand the Vento model lineup in India by adding the top Highline Plus variant, which is expected to start at Rs 11.39 lakh, ex-showroom, Mumbai. The Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus variants, as per a report in Team BHP, have started arriving at the company’s dealerships, which indicates the launch of the car is around the corner.
The Highline Plus trim is expected to be offered with exterior features like LED headlamps with DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps), 16-inch alloys and a reverse parking camera with a display. In terms of styling and silhouettes, the car will remain the same.
The car manufacturer has not changed the interior of the Vento and will be offered with the same features as seen in the standard Highline version. It will include a multi-function steering wheel with audio controls, cooled glovebox, auto-dimming IRVM (Inside rear view mirror), automatic rain sensing wipers as well as rear air-conditioning vents. In terms of safety, the Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus will be offered with dual front airbags, ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and rear parking sensors.

Mechanically, the Vento Highline Plus will be powered by a 1.2 litre TSI petrol, a 1.6 litre MPI petrol and a 1.5-litre TDI diesel engines that will be paired with a 5-speed manual and a 7-speed DSG gearbox.
