The price of the GLS starts at Rs 85.67 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in India and the said Merc is currently one of the fanciest and most luxurious SUVs on sale in the country. The actor shared his happiness through Instagram where he posted a picture of himself posing with his latest possession. The ‘Sultan’ actor has chosen the dark Blue colour for his latest ride. Randeep Hooda is not the only actor who has a fascination for Mercedes Benz vehicles. Sometime back, Jimmy Shergill gifted himself a Mercedes G63 AMG while Sherlyn Chopra is also a proud owner of a Mercedes GLS SUV. Last year, Neha Kakkar also took the delivery of a spanking new Mercedes-Benz GLS 350.
The Mercedes Benz GLS SUV gets a two-slat grille up front that helps the SUV look dominating. The bonnet of the SUV has some character lines that give it a bolder appeal. Powering this beast is a 3.0-litre bi-turbo V6 engine that is good for developing respective power and torque outputs of 258 bhp and 620 Nm. The engine is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission system.
In terms of safety, the Mercedes-Benz GLS gets multiple features to ensure that the occupants inside stay safe even in the most tricky situations. To start with, the vehicle gets crosswind assist, collision prevent assist, brake assist, cruise control, traction control and a lot more. The cabin of the GLS also gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that takes the convenience factor up a notch.
Mercedes-Benz cars and SUVs are a preferred choice of many starting from Bollywood stars to VIPs and eminent personalities. Randeep Hooda has joined the said club now and we wish him endless happy and memorable drives. Stay tuned with Express Drives for more such updates!
